Meeting of the Chairman of the Association with the Deputy Minister of the Industry, Mining & Trade

Sunday, February 21st,inthe meeting that the Chairman of the Iran Feed Industry Association had with Dr. Mofateh, Deputy Minister of the Industry, Mining &Trade for Commercial Affairs, some related issues discussedwhich are as follows:

• ■ Timely allocation of livestock inputs(feed ingredients) required by animal feed mills;
• ■ Facilities for importing feedingredients by animal feed mills on credit;
• ■ Importing of monocalcium phosphate;
• ■ Reduction of import tariffs on raw materials and equipment of feed mills;
• ■ Exports of poultry concentrate;
• ■ Creating a new tariff code for new technologies and knowledge-based products;
• ■ Facilitating the issuance of bank guarantees by the Export Guarantee Fund;
• ■ Contracted management of chicken, milk and eggs;
• ■ Promoting self-reliance in the production of livestock inputs and feed ingredients with the participation of feed mills;
